Groups, Dynamics, and Operator Algebras Conference
A conference organised by the Algebra, Geometry, and Quantum Fields Centre for Doctoral Training.
Location: Glasgow, School of Mathematics and Statistics
Dates: 24th August-28th August
Description: The aim of the conference is to bring together researchers from geometric group theory, dynamics, and operator algebras to highlight and strengthen connections among our areas. The conference will include both research talks and introductory mini-courses, making it especially beneficial for early-career researchers. There will also be opportunities for lightning talks and poster presentations.
Speakers
Minicourses:
Indira Chatterji (Université Côte d’Azur)
Giulio Tiozzo (University of Toronto and Università La Sapienza)
