Please read the instructions below carefully before submitting.

In order for us to keep track of the files, it is very important to format the filename as follows:

for-[Student’s surname]-from-[Your surname].pdf

For example, if Professor Michael Atiyah were writing on behalf of his student George Lusztig, the file should be named:

for-Lusztig-from-Atiyah.pdf

It is also acceptable to upload a .doc or .txt file so long as the naming convention is followed.
