Partners

To support our vision of developing future leaders in industry and society, we are actively building a strong network of external partners. Through these collaborations, we aim to create engagement opportunities and placements that connect students with real-world challenges and professional experience.

All AGQ students will complete a placement during their four-year programme, typically over a three-month summer period.

Industry Partners

Our industry partners bring valuable insight into current challenges and emerging trends across a range of sectors. By working collaboratively with industry partners, we will develop research and innovation opportunities and a high-quality talent pipeline.

Our curriculum is dynamic and constantly being developed to respond to market needs to give our students the skills they need to best position themselves in the employment market. Our industry partners will help us shape and form the curriculum over the funded period of the CDT.

Third Sector Partners

Our Third Sector and not-for-profit partners bring a social impact dimension to our CDT to help broaden the opportunities horizon of our students. Working with our partners we aim to increase mathematical literacy and understanding across society. Our students will bring their mathematical expertise to help support partner programmes and help create real impact.

Academic Partners

External academic partners are key to supporting students aiming for research careers. Mathematics is a highly collaborative, global discipline, and these partnerships help students build international networks of mentors, contacts, and opportunities. They also support skills development and open doors to research collaborations.
