The AGQ CDT conference is looking to bring together researchers from geometric group theory, dynamics, and operator algebras to highlight and strengthen connections among our areas of expertise. The conference will include both research talks and introductory mini-courses, making it especially beneficial for early-career researchers. There will also be opportunities for lightning talks and poster presentations.
The workshop Symplectic singularities, Representation theory and Integrability takes place on 26-29 May 2026 at the University of Glasgow. The May Retreat offers an opportunity to relax in the beautiful Scottish countryside and to join workshops related to the CDT. We are planning a week full of activities, including a traditional Scottish ceilidh. Both student cohorts, GLAM students and supervisors are invited to participate.
